  17. With Roland SMF Player you can easily load, play and edit any of the many 
  18. available Music Disks with popular music as well as jazz, rock and classical 
  19. music. The sound quality is like a CD (if you have the proper MIDI sound 
  20. module or sound card), but is MUCH more fun to work with Roland SMF 
  21. Player. 
  22. You can change any instrument in the song, change the tempo and key - or 
  23. you can mix the music according to your personal taste and adjust volume, 
  24. stereo pan and effects for each instruments. The changes can of course be 
  25. saved, so you can compete  with your friends: Who can make the best ôRe-
  26. mixö?
  27. This new truly, entry level software is made for Roland Music Disks (SMF 
  28. disks). It can be operated and enjoyed by everyone: NO musical skills are 
  29. required.

  32. Roland SMF Player will work with almost any Roland sound module or sound 
  33. card, but you may also use Sound Blaster(TM) compatible sound cards, even 
  34. though you will not have the same sound quality and editing options.
